Sayres Dudley
Sayres Dudley is a founding Partner of Dudley & Associates. With over twenty-five years in successful client development and search consulting for the commercial real estate and construction industries, he has performed hundreds of searches nationwide.
He graduated from Ferrum College before serving six years in the United States Air Force. Sayres entered the recruiting business in 1978 with the Dial Agency Group, Dallas' second largest employment agency, and was top producer in the company from 1979-1982. In 1981, he earned the Certified Personnel Consultant designation and received the honor of Highest Producer for the Metroplex Association of Personnel Consultants.
Currently, Sayres is an active member of NAIOP and a founding advisor of the highly acclaimed Young Professionals Group (YPG) of the NAIOP SoCal Chapter. Sayres is a member of the Dallas Real Estate Council, and he also participates in the Tenant-In-Common Association, ULI, ICSC, and the LA Headquarters Association. He is a frequent speaker and panelist for real estate conferences and has published articles in various magazines.
He is married to his business partner, Kathy H. Dudley. They have two sons and one grandson. |

Kathy H. Dudley
Kathy is a founding Partner of Dudley & Associates and has served in a strategic capacity since its inception. After a successful career as Founder and President of two nationally recognized community development corporations in Dallas, Texas, she currently serves as Managing Partner for Dudley & Associates. She oversees all operational, financial, human resource, and training aspects for the company, and established the organizational systems which have propelled D&A’s significant growth. Kathy is a member of NAIOP and the Dallas Real Estate Council.
For her work among the disadvantaged in Dallas, she and her former organizations received significant recognition. Voice of Hope was honored as the 424th Daily Point of Light (DPoL) in 1991 by President George H. W. Bush. Following this honor, Kathy was chosen as one of four representatives of the DPoL program to speak at the 1992 Republican National Convention. In 1997, while leading Dallas Leadership Foundation, she was invited to participate in the Presidents’ Summit For America’s Future, and also testified before a congressional hearing on poverty.
Kathy also heads D&A’s philanthropic endeavors, focusing on education and community development programs in Africa. She holds a Doctor of Ministry degree from Bakke Graduate University in Seattle and serves as a part time professor teaching African Studies.
She is married to her business partner, Sayres Dudley. They have two sons and one grandson. |
Marvin Sadovsky
Marvin Sadovsky has over 30 years of professional executive recruitment experience and is the Director of our Santa Fe Office. In addition, he has been developing, building, and marketing residential and commercial properties for the past 36 years, and is a licensed real estate broker.
Marvin worked for the management consulting division of two international CPA and consulting firms, where he managed consulting activities dealing with organizational development, executive selection and evaluation, leadership training and supervisory management. He then formed an organizational consulting firm, Leadership Strategy, that specializes in executive selection and evaluation, and training programs focused on leadership skills, sales/marketing strategy, and communication. since 2006, and Marvin manages executive level searches nationwide. He is also the author of the popular book, “Selling the Way Your Customer Buys.”
Marvin is a sought after speaker and seminar presenter for the real estate industry, specializing in real estate investment strategies. In addition, he has presented special programs and keynote presentations for many organizations including the American Management Association, Portland Cement Association, numerous real estate and apartment associations, and many national sales meetings for medium and large corporate entities.
Marvin holds a PhD from Columbia State, and lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico with his wife Anne Marie. |
Scott McGinnis
Scott McGinnis joined Dudley & Associates in 2005. He began his career in executive recruitment while completing his history and theology education, and he brings a broad range of networking and research expertise to every search. He assisted in building the D&A research department, and is currently responsible for conducting mid-level search engagements. Scott is a Lou Adler’s Recruiter Boot Camp graduate and is a NOW member of NAIOP.
A Native of Southern California, Scott earned his BA in History from UC Santa Barbara and a Masters of Divinity with a History emphasis from Regent College in Vancouver, BC, Canada. |

John Lester
John aligned with Dudley & Associates in 2007 after a highly successful real estate career throughout the state of Texas. His career includes senior level positions in development, leasing, asset management, acquisitions and equity financing. He began his career with the Trammell Crow Company, rising to equity partner, and included the development of the U.S. Home Building in Houston. He then joined the Gerald Hines Company where he developed the largest mixed use project in uptown Albuquerque, New Mexico. He also enjoyed senior positions with Weingarten Realty Advisors, Homart Development, GE Capital Real Estate, the Bradford Companies and the DBSI Group.
John holds a Masters Degree from the University of North Texas in Finance and Real Estate. He is married to Stevie Lester and has two children.
